All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early for a relaxed check-in.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

2. Payment

Payment must be made before the treatment begins.

Accepted methods: cash, card, or approved digital payments.

3. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the appointment.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or discomfort prior to treatment.

The spa may refuse service if a guest is unfit or unsuitable for treatment.

6. Conduct & Behavior

Allora Spa maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior.

Misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Personal Belongings

Allora Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

8. Refunds

Services once taken are non-refundable.

Packages and promotions are non-refundable once purchased, even if used partially.

9. Privacy

Guest information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service purposes.
