Procedures and Rules for Allora Spa Events
Here’s a set of procedures and rules for events hosted by Allora Spa:
Booking & Reservation
All event bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the event date and services. Final payment is due 3 days before the event.
Event Customization
We provide tailored spa experiences based on your event type, guest count, and preferences. Customized treatments and spa packages will be confirmed with the client before the event date.
Event Location
Spa services are available at multiple locations, including your home, office, yacht, or event venue. If hosting at a venue outside our listed areas (e.g., remote locations), additional travel fees may apply.
Guest Requirements
A minimum number of guests may be required for certain event packages. Each guest must complete a short consultation prior to the event for health and safety reasons.
Setup & Space Requirements
A designated spa area must be provided for treatments, ensuring enough space for massage tables and equipment. For outdoor events (beach, yacht, or desert), additional setup requirements (tents, electricity, etc.) may apply and will be discussed in advance.
Health & Safety Protocols
All treatments are performed by certified professionals, and we adhere to strict hygiene standards. If a guest has any medical conditions or concerns, they must inform us ahead of time to adjust the services accordingly.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the event; however, a rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
Guest Behavior
We ask that all guests be respectful of the spa space and the professionals providing services. Any disruptive behavior during the event may result in the immediate termination of services.
Additional Services
Optional add-ons, such as drinks, snacks, or extra treatments, can be arranged upon request. Any additional service costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.
Final Confirmation
A final confirmation email will be sent 2 days prior to the event, outlining the schedule, services, and any special requests.
